| Good 'ole David |
Most of you probably know by now that I moved to Charleston, SC a year and a half ago. Before that, I was living in Florence, Italy attending art school. After my time flitting about The Continent spreading fairy dust, things have been a little, er, slow for me. Much as I love me some Charleston, it's been an adjustment not being able to hop the train to stare at David's, ahem, well, you know.... If you don't know, behold...
But back to me. All this is not to say that my life in Charleston has been a fig leaf shy of entertaining. This summer my sister-in-law Heidi and I joined a gun club. Yep, that's right, Anne Belen is now Annie Oakley. Be afraid. Here we are at girls-n-guns night out.

I'm not going to lie - I wasn't too convinced this was my new hobby of choice until I looked down at the range and saw all the spent casings! And then I heard angels sing.YOU TUBE- HANDEL'S MESSIAH I took a few of those bad boys back to my studio, and here's the result.
Wore a few of my new creations out that weekend, and let me tell you girls, guys lose their mind for this. Like Angelina appearing topless on Sportscenter and giving away 50 yard line tickets to the Superbowl lose their mind. Fortunately, when I made this discovery I was with Mr. Anne Belen, a big fan himself,
but I'm just sayin'.... If there's something Southern boys love nearly as much as a woman who smells good, it's shooting. Here are a few more of my What Caliber Are You? Collection.
